SPIRALDANCE
CLASSES
SpiralDance
is an expressive way of dance that finds its inspiration in nature. It
combines
principles from Western and Eastern disciplines, promotes creativity,
imagination and accessible technique. It also expands and revitalises
traditional dance vocabulary, is healthy and is a good tool for
integrating dance with other art forms.
At present the directors are working to create
a course in creative dance and choreography and so, at the
moment,
there are no on-going classes arranged. Please see below for a 'Day of
Dance' on 20th Oct. 07
In addition the teachers are still
available to give classes and workshops by request.
MEDITATION
AND SPIRALSTRETCH AFTERNOON
A quiet afternoon of rebalancing the body and
finding inner stillness.
